What is the best subwoofer cable and speaker wire for a Denon DHT-391XP system?

I bought this system used and the speaker wire ain’t so great. What gauge should I use, is there a specific subwoofer cable I should use? Who has the best prices? I’m kind of all over the place here, but any info would help. Thanks.
