Mounting my Sony Bookshelf speakers on a wall…?
I am about to purchase Sony Bookshelf speakers (model SS-B1000) – http://www.amazon.com/Sony-SS-B1000-5-25-Bookshelf-Speakers/dp/B000OG88KY. These speakers do not appear to have a mounting system to secure it to the wall. What are my other options? Would a speaker like this sound better if placed on a small wooden shelf rather than a wall mount? The room is a glassed in sun porch with tile floor and a bead board celing (with one other bead board wall – where these will be mounted). I realize I am not going to get premium sound with the glass and tile but want to try my best. There will also be cushioned furniture and an area rug in the center of the 12′ x 12′ room. Thanks.
Vintage Panasonic speakers and Sanyo boombox
These vintage Pansonic speakers, circa late 1960s or maybe early ’70s, are ruggedly built with wooden cabinets wrapped with vinyl upholstery and aluminum edges. I demonstrate them using the external speaker outputs of my early ’80s Sanyo M9935K, with AM, FM, and two bands of Shortwave.

How much are these older Pioneer speakers worth?
I have a pair of Pioneer home speakers from the 70′s (I think, possibly late 60′s,) that are in very good condition. They are very solid and sound great, I just don’t have a use for them. The model # CS-99 and have wooden grated fronts. What might they be worth? Or where could I find out? Thanks, Bill
How do I get tv to play through my home theatre speakers?
I have a phillips home theatre system. The dvd, radio, plays through the speakers but not my tv. I also have cable(three remotes). The tv now only plays through it’s built in speakers and not the external. Nothing has changed. They worked one day and the next day they didn’t. Help.
How do I wire speakers together for my iPod. Also need ideas for a wooden iPod dock?
I have to make a project in woodworking and I wanted to make an iPod dock. I was thinking of ordering 2 speakers and maybe a small sub. I just don’t know how to wire them and how I can house them. Also if you have ideas for a dock that would be great. YouTube videos or any feeds related would help also thanks
Corsair SP2200 2.1 Speakers Review
A look at the Corsair SP2200 2.1 Speaker System. This is the little brother of the Corsair SP2500 and is an entry level speaker system. It has a few nice little extras that you don’t normally see on such an aggressively priced speaker system, such as sub-woofer volume on the right satellite and an auxiliary input.
