how can i hook up a car sub to a home theatre receiver meant for active subs?
I have a yamaha rx v367 home theatre receiver and i want to hook up car subs to it. however; it only has one subwoofer input, and it’s meant for an active powered subwoofer (it has the one rca cable). Would i have to use my a seperate amplifier and somehow plug it in?
Will All audio come through a digital audio output if hooked to a digital input on a receiver?
My Television has a coaxial Digital Audio out, Will all the audio from my TV be sent out from there to a receiver is one is hooked up? I have a Sony blu-ray via HDMI and an xbox 360 via component hooked up to my tv, as well as an antennae. Will all these come through the digital out as well?

Can I connect my subwoofer to my home receiver?
Hello, I have a 275 watt subwoofer with a 500 watt amplifier (dont know if this matters). My receiver is only 107 watts, and I don’t know if it will blow anything or something like that.
Can I use digital audio coaxial cable to connect a Sur Sound receiver to a DVD player instead of optical cable?
