What do I need to install a car audio system in my Hyundai?
So I want to install a system in my car and i need to know what to buy, I already found 2 subwoofers and it comes with an amp. what else do i need to buy? I know i need to buy some sort of stereo clip but what else? How do i know which “wires” to buy? Thanks would it be easier to find someone that can install it to my factory radio?

How to install a car audio amplifier with no RCA outputs on head unit?
I once had a car with a stock head unit that had no RCA outputs. The stereo shop spliced an RCA cable into my speaker wire in the trunk, and added some kind of component (resistor or capacitor maybe??) inline on the RCA cable. Can anyone provide details on how to do this, or point me to a link? I am not sure what to search for.

I’m not sure if the radio wires in my car are good or not. Is there a way to check, and possibly replace, this yourself? Also, when installing a new radio, do you need 2 different wire harness sets? I have all of the wires in my car, plus I have the car specific wire harness. Do I need a radio specific harness as well? There’s also more than one wire harness set in the car but only one fits the radio?

Well i just got a new 01 civic coupe and it has weak sound and no cd player so im probaby first going to buy a cd player and get them to install it because i dont know much about cars and dont want to mess anything up…so my question is how long does it take them to install a cd player? do i have to leave my car there or what? ok…ive gotten a range of 10mins-6hours
